Free Flu Shots

Flu season is approaching quickly. Free Flu Vaccines are being offered to all Quanah ISD students. The vaccination will be given on Friday, October 2nd. A Pediatric Vaccination Consent Form MUST be completed and signed by a Parent or Guardian and returned to the school for your child to receive the vaccination. Consent forms were sent home with all students last week. Please return the form(s) by Tuesday, September 29th.
H1N1 (swine flu) is a separate vaccination and should be arriving in approximately 30 days. Watch for information regarding this vaccination to be sent home at a later date with your child(ren).
At this point, this will be the only opportunity to receive the flu vaccine free of charge here at the school, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity.
