Macbook Repair Form

It's time again to prepare for the end of the school year with respect to our Apple Macbook computers.

We plan to follow this schedule on collecting them:

Wednesday, May 23, 2012 - All Junior High MacBooks will be collected in the Jr. High Library

Thursday, May 24, 2012 – Senior and Junior MacBooks will be collected.

Friday, May 25, 2012 — Sophomore and Freshman MacBooks will be collected.

It is our goal to collect the high school Macbooks in the high school cafeteria starting at 9 AM on those 2 days so we can have an orderly check-in process.

Students should make sure their Macbook, magsafe charger and Macbook bags are turned in at this time. Please remove ALL papers, pens, or other personal items from the Macbook bags prior to your check in date.

This next part is VERY, VERY, VERY, did I mention VERY important!

All 7-12 grade students need to fill out the form below ASAP on what repairs need to be made to their Macbooks during the summer. If you don't tell us about what is broken, we can't fix it !!

As has been the case for the past 2 summers, ALL data that the students wish to keep for the next school year needs to be backed up by them on some form of storage, such as CD's, DVD's, flash drives, portable hard drives, etc.  We are NOT responsible for backing that information up for the students. This needs to be completed before the Macbook collection dates.

If you owe money for Macbook repairs, please contact John or Teresa so arrangements can be made. We will be sending notices to parents of those who owe for repairs.
