Notice Depository Contract
Quanah ISD is soliciting proposals for RFP DEP25-27 Depository Services contract for a term of two years beginning September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2027. The district and the depository may agree to extend this contract for three additional two-year terms in accordance with the TEC, §45.205. The submission deadline is Tuesday, May 29, 2025 @ 2:00 PM CST at the Quanah ISD Administration Building located at 801 Elbert St, Quanah, TX 79252. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Notice Property Insurance
You are invited to submit a proposal to provide Property & Casualty Insurance for the Quanah Independent School District (QISD). The contract will be for a one year period, beginning on September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2026.
SUBMIT PROPOSAL NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON July 31, 2025
Your proposal MUST be signed by an individual authorized to contractually bind the firm or individual submitting the proposal. Failure to sign the proposal will cause it to be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE. Person signing the Proposal should show title or authority to bind his/her firm in a contract.
