Required Documents for Enrollment:
1. Up to date immunization record
2. Birth Certificate
3. Original Social Security Card
4. Proof of Income, SNAP, TANF and/or Medicaid
5. Proof of residency , this can be a water or electric bill in the enrolling parent or guardian's name. A rental agreement or tax bill is also accepted.
6. Proof of Star of Texas award (if applicable)
7. Proof of active military duty enlistment (if applicable)

Register your student by completing the steps below:
Step 1 ~ Parent Portal
(must use a computer not a mobile device)
Do NOT enroll as a NEW student if they ever attended a Quanah School or 3 year old program at Turner's. Contact Reagan Elementary for your student's portal ID to link your student in Parent Portal to begin early registration.
If you do not live within Quanah ISD boundaries, you must the transfer application below:
